We ship worldwide to most countries.

Estimated Shipping Times

(These are estimates and may vary depending on USPS and international postal services.)

  • Canada: 1–4 weeks
  • North America: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 2–4 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 2–4 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 2–4 weeks
  • Latin America & Caribbean: 2–4 weeks

Processing times vary because each item is handmade. For the most up-to-date processing time, please refer to the banner at the top of the website or the Processing Time section in the FAQs.

We do our very best to keep processing times minimal. Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of USPS or international carriers, and we are unable to control shipping delays or delivery times.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please email support@threadsoftarot.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as most orders will already be in production or processing.

Return Policy

I want you to love your tarot goodies, and I understand that sometimes things may not feel like the right fit—that’s okay.

We accept returns and exchanges on all non-custom items, provided they are returned in their original condition.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact me
Email support@threadsoftarot.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief note about your return or exchange request.

2. Ship your item back
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please use a trackable shipping method, as I cannot be responsible for lost return packages. Once shipped, please email your tracking number.

Items must be returned in original condition. Returns may be declined if items show signs of damage, smoke exposure, pet hair, or other wear.

Once received:

Returns and exchanges are processed within 48–72 hours.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued minus original shipping costs
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Exchanges:

  • Once the replacement is ready, an invoice will be sent for return shipping
  • After payment, the exchanged item will ship within 24–48 hours with tracking provided

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.

If the item was not marked as a gift—or was shipped to the gift giver first—refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
