Your order ships from Ohio in the United States.

We ship worldwide to most countries.

Estimated Shipping Times: (these times solely depend on USPS and international posts).

     -Canada: 1-4 weeks

     -North America: 3-7 business days

     -Europe: 2-4 weeks

     -Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks

     -Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks

     -Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-4 weeks

We try our very best to offer minimal processing times. After your order is shipped, we have no control over the package or when it will arrive and can not be responsible for delays in USPS or international posts.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact me via email at to cancel your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of purchase as most orders have started to be created in this time frame.


Return Policy

I want you to love your tarot goodies and understand you may want to change your mind from time to time - that's ok! We do accept returns and exchanges on all item(s) except custom orders as long as they're returned in their original condition.  

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me via email at within 7 business days of your delivery date. In your email please include: your order number and brief explanation of your return or exchange. 
  2. Mail your items back to me within 14 business days of your delivery date. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mail your package with tracking as I am not responsible for any lost packages on their way back to me and email me the tracking number.                                   *Item(s) should be returned in their original condition. I reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if item(s) are returned damaged in any way, smell of any type of smoke, contain pet hair, etc*
  3. Once your item(s) are received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48-72 hours. 

-For returns: 

Your order total will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Refunds can take several business days to show back in your account. This depends on your financial institution. 

-For exchanges:

I will invoice you the shipping cost to return your exchange item(s) to you. Once paid, your item(s) will be shipped within 24-48 hours and tracking information will be sent to you.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return.
