Orders & Changes

Can I cancel my order after I purchase?
Yes—orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, I begin working on most orders and cancellations are no longer possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
I’ll do my best to help! Please reach out to support@threadsoftarot.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped before I’m able to update it, I’m unfortunately not responsible for incorrect delivery. If a package is returned or needs to be resent, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Because each piece is handmade, processing times may vary slightly. For the most up-to-date processing time, please refer to the banner at the top of the site.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes—shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Canada: 1–4 weeks
  • North America: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 2–5 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 2–5 weeks
  • Latin America & Caribbean: 2–5 weeks

What are the sizes of your items?

Bags:
Available in three sizes to fit different decks and tools:

  • Mini: ~3” W x 4.5” L x 1.25” D
  • Standard: ~4” W x 6.25” L x 1.25” D
  • Large: ~5” W x 8” L x 1.25” D

(Measurements are from the bottom of the drawstring to the base of the bag.)

Please check individual listings for exact sizing details.

Cloths & Wraps:
Sizes vary—please refer to each listing.

If you don’t see the right size, feel free to reach out. Many fabrics can be made in custom dimensions.

 

What materials are used?
Most items are made from 100% cotton or cotton/polyester blends. Specific fabric details can be found in each product listing.

Each piece is selected not only for quality, but for how it feels within your space and practice.


🧼 Care & Use

How do I clean and care for my items?
Items can be hand washed and laid flat to dry, or tumble dried on low heat. Iron on low if needed.

Care instructions are also included with every order.

Treat your piece with the same care you give your tools—it helps preserve both the fabric and the intention behind it.


🔮 Custom Orders

Do you accept custom orders?
Usually, yes! If you have something specific in mind, reach out via email or the Contact page and we can explore options together.

Custom order pricing varies depending on fabric, item type, and time required. I’ll always confirm pricing with you before you purchase.

Please note:

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled after purchase
  • Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • If there’s an issue when your order arrives, please reach out—I’m happy to help

📬 Issues & Support

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Whether it was a mistake on my end or your package was claimed by the elusive USPS monster, I’m here to help. 😉
