★  How do I clean and care for my items?

Our bags, wraps and cloths can be hand washed and laid flat to dry or tumble dried on low heat. Iron on low heat is necessary. Care instructions are included in each order!

 

★ Can I cancel my order after I purchase?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Just send me an email at support@threadsoftarot.com or via the Contact Us form. Orders can not be cancelled after 12 hours of purchase as I start working on most orders at this time. 

 

★ I need to change my shipping address / I entered the wrong address when purchasing. What do I do?

I will try to help! Please reach out via email at support@threadsoftarot.com ASAP if you discover the wrong address was entered. 

If your order is shipped before you contact me, unfortunately, I can not be held accountable for the package be delivered incorrectly. If your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned back to me, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

 

★ International Order and Shipping Information

Shipping price and time varies by country.

Estimated shipping times:
Canada: 1-4 weeks
North America: 3-7 business days
Europe: 2-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 weeks

★ My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Whether I made a mistake or your package was eaten by the elusive USPS monster. I'm here to help! Just send me an email at support@threadsoftarot.com with your order number, a photo of the package and let me know what happened!

 

★ What are the sizes of your items?

Bags: 

My bags come in 3 different sizes to accommodate different sized decks or items:


*MINI: approx. 3” wide by 4.5” long (from the bottom of the drawstring to the bottom of the bag) by 1.25” deep.

*STANDARD: approx. 4” wide by 6.25” long (from the bottom of the drawstring to the bottom of the bag) by 1.25” deep.

*LARGE: approx. 5” wide by 8” long (from the bottom of the drawstring to the bottom of the bag) by 1.25” deep.

Cloths & Wraps:

*Cloths come in varying sizes. Check each listing for details

Don't see the size that's right for you? Message me and let's chat about the size you're looking for. Most fabrics are available to be sewn in different sizes!

 

★ What is the fabric content of your items?

Most fabric used is 100% cotton or a polyester blend. Please check each description for more information for each item.

 

★ Do you accept custom orders?

Usually, yes! Just send me an email at support@threadsoftarot.com or via the Contact Us form to let me know what you're looking for!

*Please note prices for custom orders vary on fabric choice, item chosen and time it takes to create your custom item. Don't worry though, I'll let you know the price when we chat, before you purchase. 

*Also, please note custom orders can not be cancelled after purchased or returned or exchanged after they are shipped. But, please let me know if there is an issue with the order once it arrives.
